January, 2001 - February 2001 We're baaaaack! Well, at least back in the US. We're in Hawaii. Stayed 5 days at the place where we got married, and then 5 nights in a little "Cabana on the Lava" -- a hut built on a 15 year old lava flow. Then, we spent 3 days on the "warm, dry side" of the island. Now, we are happily nestled in a gorgeous octagonal-shaped house in the jungle.

On the night of the full moon, after we went to sleep, we heard LOUD, LOUD screeching and slapping.

March, 2001Here are some glimpses at Hawaii's splendor. We hiked the Waipio Rim with Carol Nervig, saw rainbows, and witnessed the majesty of Mauna Kea. We also stayed in a wonderful, beautiful cabana for 3 weeks.

March, 2001 - April 2001 Guess what? We bought a little piece of hawaii to call our own. It is 8 acres of jungly land down in the Puna district of the Big Island. It is gorgeous! It is completely uninhabitable right now, but we'll let ouy know when it is ready so you can come and visit!
